Konstantinos 20 was bishop of Lampsakos in Hellespontus; in 681 he attended the last session of the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) (on 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 760-828 (= Mansi XI 628-680). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council he is styled Κωνσταντῖνος ἐλέει Θεοῦ ἐπίσκοπος Λαμψάκου: Riedinger, p. 794, line 28, p. 828, line 31 (= Mansi XI 653, 680). In the list of those present at the session he is styled Κωνσταντίνου ἐπισκόπου Λαμψάκου: Riedinger, p. 760, line 7 (= Mansi XI 628).
