Konstantinos 19 was bishop of Timbrias (Pisidia); in 681 he attended the Third Council of Constantinople (the Sixth Ecumenical Council) and was present at two of the last three sessions (sessions sixteen and eighteen, on 9 August and 16 September): Riedinger, pp. 692-827 (= Mansi XI 616-678). In the subscriptions to the statement of the faith, which condemned monotheletism, and to the Council he is styled Κωνσταντῖνος ἐλάχιστος (Riedinger, p. 827, line 29 (= Mansi XI 677) reads ἀνάξιος) ἐπίσκοπος Τιμβριάδων (Riedinger, p. 827, line 29 (= Mansi XI 677) reads: τῆς Τιμβριαδέων πόλεως): Riedinger, p. 794, line 10, p. 827, line 29 (= Mansi XI 652, 677).
