Konon 3 was bishop of Ouasada in Lykaonia; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 166, no. 192 (= Mansi XI 1004) (Κόνων ἀνάξιος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Οὐασαδῶν ἐπαρχίας Λυκαονίας).
