Ioannes 365 was basilikos repherendarios and dioiketes of the eparchiai; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century (Laurent), possibly the first half (Zacos and Veglery): Zacos and Veglery 2051 (E/M VIII) = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 1174 (VIII). The name and titles read: Ἰωάννῃ βασιλικῷ ῤεφερενδαρίῳ καὶ διοικητῷ τῶν ἐπαρχίων (sic).
