Ioannes 347 was chartoularios of the monastery of SS Kosmas and Damian, together with Sergios 74; they were joint owners of a seal dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 868. The names and titles read: Ἰωάννου χαρτουλαρίου Κοσμᾶ. Σεργίου χαρτουλαρίου Κοσμᾶ.
