A patrikios (πατρίκιον), Himerios 1 was once the patron (or perhaps the employer) of Christophoros 3 (who was possibly spatharios of Himerios 1; Christophoros 3 is described as Χριστοφόρος ὁ κατὰ τὸν πατρίκιον Ἱμέριον σπαθάριος): Theoph. AM 6257.
