Hesychios 1 was protonotarios of the Thrakesion thema; in the village of Myrsine on Lesbos he obtained divine forgiveness for his sins through the holy man Georgios 135; the date was probably during the reign of the emperor Theophilos (Theophilos 5): Acta Davidis, Symeonis et Georgii 241, 35-242, 14.
