Hadrianos 21 was a dioiketes, possibly of the basilikon stablon; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century: Panchenko, Katalog, no. 481. The name and title read: Ἀδριανῷ διοικητῇ τοῦ βασιλικοῦ .... The full title is not certain; Panchenko proposed στάβλου.
