Hadrianos 16 was a basilikos strator and archon of Mesembria; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1981A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with [τ]ω - σ[ω] - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: [+] Αδρια - νω β' στρ' - (καὶ) αρχ' Μ[ε] - σημβρ.
