Georgios 181 was bishop of Tiberiopolis; owner of a seal dateable between the mid seventh century and the mid eighth: Zacos and Veglery 1473. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Χριστὲ, βοήθει, inside a four-lobed envelope. Rev.: +Γεορ - γιου επις - κωπω Τιβ - εριουπολ - εος+. The name and title read: Γεωργίου () ἐπισκόπῳ Τιβεριουπόλεως. Of the several cities called Tiberiopolis, Zacos and Veglery identify this with the one in Bithynia.
