Georgios 86 was patrikios and magistros; owner of a seal dateable perhaps to the seventh, eighth or ninth century: Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins", p. 382, no. 425. Obv.: invocative formula and the legend Γεώργιος. Rev.: πατρίκιος and μάγιστρος. Possibly the same man owned a similar seal, dateable to the first half of the eighth century, owned by Georgios patrikios and magistros: Zacos and Veglery 1927. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with Γε - ωρ - γι - ω in the corners. Rev.: cruciform monogram of πατρικιω, with ((και) μ - αγ - ιστ - ρω in the corners. The name and titles read: Γεωργίῳ πατρικίῳ καὶ μαγίστρῳ. Cf. also Georgios 150, Georgios 185 and Georgios 239.
