Eustathios 44 was basilikos strator and tourmarches of Klaudiopolis; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1905. The name and titles read: Εὐσταθίῳ βασιλικῷ στράτορι καὶ τουρμάρχῃ Κλαυδιουπόλεως. There was a Klaudiopolis in Honorias and one in Isauria; it is not clear which is meant.
