Euphemianos 4 was a Stoudite monk; he is mentioned in two letters of Theodoros 15 (Theodore the Stoudite), written in 818, as the bearer of letters of Theodoros to various people, including one to Rome, where he was accompanied by Dionysios 6 and other Stoudite monks: Theod. Stud., Epp. 273, pp. 403-405; 274, pp. 405-406.
