Eulampios 3 was patrikios and logothetes of the sakellion and of the stratiotikon; owner of two identical seals dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 801a and b = Laurent, Corpus II, no. 533. The name and titles read: Εὐλαμπίου πατρικίου καὶ λογοθέτου τοῦ σακελλίου καὶ τοῦ στρατιωτικοῦ.
