Elpidios 3 was bishop of the Baths of St Agapios (Thermai of Hagios Agapios) in Galatia Secunda; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 162, no. 155 (= Mansi XI 1000) (Ἐλπίδιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῶν Θερμῶν τοῦ ἁγίου Ἀγαπίου τῆς δευτέρας τῶν Γαλατῶν ἐπαρχίας).
