Eleutherios 3 was an hypatos; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1455A. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Ελε - υθερι - ου υπα - του. Zacos and Veglery refer to the seal of Eleutherios 2 (Ebersolt, "Sceaux byzantins" no. 407) as similar, but the invocation there is apparently to the Lord. The owner may therefore be a different person.
