Eirene 13 was daughter of the emperor Constantine VI (Konstantinos 8) and sister of Euphrosyne 1; she was buried in the monastery of Euphrosyne in Constantinople in the same sarcophagus as her sister and her father and Constantine's (first) wife Maria 2 (who was presumably therefore the mother of the two sisters): Const. Porph., De Cer. II 42 (Reiske, 647).
