Eirenaios 6 was patrikios, basilikos protospatharios and domestikos of the Scholai; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1863. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Ειρινεα - πατρ' β' α' σπα - θ' (καὶ) δομεστ' - τ' σχολ'. The name and titles read: Εἰρηναίῳ πατρικίῳ, βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ δομεστίκῳ τῶν σχολῶν.
