Basilios 145 was a domestikos of the Anatolikoi; owner of a seal dateable to the early or middle eighth century: SBS 3, p. 202 (Schulten, Sale 1267) (a. 720/750). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: [Βα]σιλ[είῳ δο]μ[εστίκῳ] τῶν Ἀνατ[ολι]κ[ῶν].
