Bardanes 5 was an apo eparchon; owner of a seal dateable to the seventh or eighth century; the letters at the end of the inscription perhaps indicated his family name: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 6, 358. The text reads: Β[αρ]δάνῃ ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων τῷ Πο..π.; the restoration of the family name is uncertain.
