Athanasios 14 was a notarios and abydikos; owner of a seal dateable to the second half of the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 3080. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: +Αθα - νασιω - νοταρ' και Αβυδ - ηκω. The name and titles read: Ἀθανασίῳ νοταρίῳ καὶ ἀβυδικῷ.
