Arsaber 15 was a patrikios and strategos; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 1736. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - σο - .. - λο (sic) in the corners. Rev.: Αρς - αβηρ .ατρικ' . - στρα. - .... The name and titles read: Ἀρσαβὴρ πατρικίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ. His name indicates an Armenian origin.
