Arsaber 14 was a basilikos protospatharios and domestikos of the Exkoubiton; owner of a seal dateable between the mid eighth century and the mid ninth: Zacos and Veglery 1738. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Κύριε βοήθει, with το - σω - δου - λω (sic) in the corners. Rev.: Αρσαβιρ - β' α' σπαθαριο - και δομεστικ - ω του εξκου - βιτου. The name and titles read: Ἀρσαβὶρ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ δομεστίκῳ τοῦ Ἐξκουβίτου. His name indicates an Armenian origin.
