Arsaber 13 was a patrikios and kuaistor; owner of a seal dateable to the late eighth or early ninth century: Zacos and Veglery 1735 (L VIII/E IX) = Laurent, Corpus II 1100 (E IX). Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with τω - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: Αρσαβηρ - πατρικιω - και κυαις - τορι. The name and titles read: Ἀρσαβὴρ πατρικίῳ καὶ κυαίστορι. Possibly identical with Arsaber 1. His name indicates an Armenian origin.
