Arsaber 9 was a patrikios; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 751. Obv.: Αγια Τρ - ιας βοηθ - η τω δου - .ω σου. Rev.: Αρσαβ - ηρ πατ - ρικιω. The name and title read: Ἀρσαβὴρ πατρικίῳ. This man is probably identical with Arsaber 10 and 11. Arsaber 9's name suggests that he was of Armenian descent.
