Anonymus 689 was a basilikos protospatharios and strategos of the Kibyrrhaiotai; owner of a seal dateable to the ninth century: Laurent, Orghidan 206. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with .ω - ς. - δου - .. in the corners. Rev.: ... - ω β ασπ - και στρα - Κιβ. The titles read: βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Κιβυρεωτῶν.
