Anonymus 641 was a neighbour and acquaintance of Theophobos 1's mother (Anonyma 88) in the Oxeia district of Constantinople, who knew that Theophobos 1 was the son of a Persian and told enquirers looking for him where he was to be found: Genesius III 4.
