Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - .. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..α.ω - ..παθ' και στ. - .τηγ' Πελ. - πονη.ου. The name and titles read: ..α.ῳ [πρωτο]σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Πελοποννήσου.
