Anonymus 500 was a basilikos spatharios and strategos of Dyrrhachion; owner of a seal dateable to the first half of the ninth century; his name is lost but ended with the letters ος: Zacos and Veglery 2655. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with .. - .. - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ..... - ο β' σπα. - και στρατη. - Δυρραχ - .ου+. The name and titles read: ...ῳ βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Δυρραχίου.
