Anonymus 358 was patrikios and strategos of the Thrakesioi (Thrakesianoi); owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century; his name seems to have concluded with the letters οτρον: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 128a. The name and titles read: ...ωτρον. πατρικί[ῳ] καὶ στρατηγ[ῷ] τῶν Θρᾳκησιανῶ[ν].
