Anonymus 340 was basilikos protospatharios and doux of Calabria; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century; a few letters of the name survive but it is not identifiable: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 5, 117. The name and title read: ..ε..είῳ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ δου[κ]ὶ Καλαβρίας. This entry is duplicated at Anonymus 407.
