Anonymus 204 was a soldier serving in the hetaireia in the reign of Michael III (Michael 11); he killed Theoktistos 3 with his sword in the Skyla on orders from Bardas 5: Theoph. Cont. IV 19 (p. 170) (τῶν καθ' ἑταιρείαν τινὰ), Scylitzes, p. 95 (τινὰ τῶν τῆς ἑταιρείας).
