Anonymus 86 was a basilikos spatharios and strategos of Macedonia; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: DOSeals I 43.36. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε (or Κύριε) βοήθει with .. - σω - δου - λω in the corners. Rev.: ...ω β' ς..θ' και στρατη.. Μακεδ...... The titles read: βασιλικῷ σπαθαρίῳ καὶ στρατηγῷ Μακεδονίας.
