Andreas 39 was basilikos strator and tourmarches; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1411. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Rev.: Ανδρε - α β' στρα - τορη και - του'μα - ρχη. The name and titles read: Ἀνδρέᾳ βασιλικῷ στράτωρι καὶ τουρμάρχῃ.
