Andreas 34 was apo eparchon; owner of a seal, of uncertain date: Konstantopoulos, JIAN 9, 355d. The name is in the form of a monogram, interpreted by Konstantopoulos as Ἀνδρέᾳ. His title reads: ἀπὸ ἐπάρχων. The title implies an earlier rather than a later date, perhaps seventh or eighth century.
