Andreas 14 was bishop of Philippi (in Macedonia Prima); in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council in Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 152, no. 61 (= Mansi XI 993) (Ἀνδρέας ἁμαρτωλὸς ἐπίσκοπος Φιλίππων). The preceding bishops in the list were from Hellespontos and the following ones from Macedonia Prima; his see is presumably therefore Philippi in the latter province.
