Anastasios 45 was the owner of a seal dateable between the mid seventh and the mid eighth century: Zacos and Veglery 1398. Obv.: cruciform monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει, with a star in each angle. Rev.: τω σω - δουλω - Αναστ - ασιω. The name reads: Ἀναστασίῳ. He had no title.
