Anastasios 32 was protospatharios and koubikoularios; owner of a seal dateable to the eighth or ninth century: Schlumberger, Sig., p. 487, no. 5 (no facsimile). The obverse has an invocative monogram of Θεοτόκε βοήθει with the legend τῷ σῷ δούλῳ. The text of the reverse is given by Schlumberger as follows: + Ἀναστασίο (πρωτο)σπαθ(αρίῳ) (καὶ) κουβικ(ουλαρίῳ). Probably, but not certainly, a eunuch.
