Sissinios 84 was bishop of Lampsakos in Hellespontus; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council at Constantinople and signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 152, no. 60 (Σισίννιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος τῆς Λαμψακηνῶν πόλεως τῆς Ἑλλησποντίων ἐπαρχίας). He is omitted from the lists in Mansi.
