Sissinios 10 was bishop of Mitylene on Lesbos; in 692 he attended the Quinisext Council at Constantinople, where he signed the canons: Ohme, Bischofsliste, p. 151, no. 45 (= Mansi XI 992) (Σισίννιος ἐλάχιστος ἐπίσκοπος πόλεως Μιτυλήνης τῆς Λεσβίων νήσου).
