Kolumbos 1 was primate of Numidia; in 645/646 he was joint author of a letter from the African bishops to the bishop of Rome, Theodoros 49, attacking the monothelete patriarch of Constantinople, Paulos 2; the letter was read out at the Lateran Council in October 649: Conc.
